Playa del Carmen is a magical destination. Small beach town that has only 25 years old
wich travelers from around the world make it one of their favorite destinations
when they decide to visit Mexico. The turquoise
Caribbean sea and the warm climate of the jungles, its beauty is amazing. In Playa’s surroundings you
can enjoy many activities such as eco-tourism trips, visitis to the wonderful
cenotes, the archeological zones, snorkeling and diving.
The heart
of Playa is the "Fifth Avenue". This is the main shopping center, a Street full of
bars and restaurants, coffees and all kind of special places from where you can
enjoy a delicious breakfast to a beer at night. Without any doubt Playa del
Carmen is a place that should be visited. The city is located shoutheast of
Mexico in the state of Quintana Roo. The nearest airport is in Cancun, a bigger
city about 40 minutes away. For transportation you can take a buss at the
terminal station or at the airport.
